I want to say the Lakers will win, but I think Houston actually will. Although Kobe is a much greater competitor than T-Mac, I think Houston's homecourt advantage will play greatly in the Rockets' favor. The Rockets have been on a tear and they have the extra incentive to both keep the streak alive and to beat a legit team. The fact that Gasol is out makes win# 22 seem very realistic. If Pau was healthy, I'd have definitely picked the Lakers, though.

Keep in mind, too, that Houston has beaten some good teams during their 21-game winning streak, including wins against the Warriors, Celtics, Mavs, Nuggets, Hornets, and Cavs.

The Lakers are heading in to this game a man short (Gasol), which will be a huge disadvantage for them when they head to Houston.

Houston has the momentum heading to this game, and I think the Lakers will be another team on the Rockets hit list. Tracy McGrady has stepped up to the plate now that Yoa is gone, and his is unstoppable. Remember, the Rockets have beaten many good teams, including the Hornets who beat the Lakers a night ago.
