Funny how Boston tries to compare a 28 free throw difference to a 12 free throw difference. They aren't too bright up there in Boston are they?
I'm not going to lie refs were involved a little bit, but they were MUCH more involved in the last game.

Maybe both teams played bad and the Celtics just played worse. When 2 of the Big Three score less combined than another team's bench player you'd think the Lakers would've won by about 15.

i think tonight's game just underscored how badly game 2 was officiated.

The Celtics were clearly a team that settled for the jumper and they still ended up with 7 free throws in the1st half. The Lakers had 9 all last game (10 but one was a technical). And the Lakers took it to the hole a lot more last game- than the Celtics did in the first half.

It was 15-12 in the 2nd half- in favor of the Celtics. Lakers were clearly the aggressors tonight and it looks like they let them play a little bit more tonight.

Tonight was a lot more evenly reff'd the Lakers +12 (but they were clearly the agressors tonight). We can only hope for the same consistency for the rest of the series (regardless of the venue).

Good win tonight for the Lakers.

The reason why they shot so many freethrows is not because of the refs. The reason why is clearly because they let Kobe Bryant go inside. With that comes points, free throws, and eventually key wins.
